Dr Chia is amazing. He is open minded and very helpful and willing to work with his patients. Hid I send a message he responds more quickly than any other doctor I have. He is so helpful!

Eve though I was late by 20minutes for my appointment. I was still taken care without grumbling or any issues. The girl at the reception was so polite and helpful. She immediately took me inside. Even the doctor was very nice.

We went to the wrong office initially and called and told to proceed to the correct address. We were late, however Dr. Chia and staff managed to work us in. We had to wait, but I appreciate their efforts and not having to reschedule again. I really like Dr. Chia, And will continue with him for my vision care.

Also, the front desk staff check me in/out quickly and are able to answer any logistical/scheduling questions I have.

Dr. Chin and assistants were very helpful and very good explaining that I needed cataract surgery.

Surgery on one's eyes, no matter how "routine", can make one apprehensive at best. Everyone at PacMed - and Dr. Chia in particular - were so calm and caring, it couldn't have been a more positive experience. The only challenge came with inserting an IV at the time of surgery - a minor issue. I'm grateful to all of you for your kindness and efficiency.
